Not a Consumer Reporting Agency. This website is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Nothing on this site, and nothing returned by any third-party tool linked from it, may be used to make decisions about credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or any other purpose the FCRA covers.
Accuracy of Information
Public rolls are corrected, portal addresses and fees change, collections move, and digitization alters coverage. Although the material is reviewed, no detail is guaranteed current or correct. Verify a record with its custodian before relying on it.
Not Legal Advice
No content is legal advice. The descriptions explain how Park Forest record sources work, but they cannot replace advice from a licensed attorney.
Lawful Use Only
Public access supports transparency, not harm. Never use information found here to stalk, harass, intimidate, or injure anyone. Misuse may violate Illinois or federal law and also breaches the Terms of Use.
Third-Party Search Tools
Outside companies power search boxes on some pages. Their results, charges, and data practices are beyond our control, and those results are not FCRA-compliant consumer reports.
Outbound Links
Outbound links include assessor, recording, election, court, library, and archive resources. Each destination controls its own content, accuracy, and availability.
No Records Hosted on This Site
No government roll, printed directory, court file, or vital record is hosted here. Those materials remain with the offices, libraries, and portals named on the pages. Requests for copies, verification, or correction must go to the responsible custodian.
